BIO:  Allison joined Syracuse ACHA Hockey in 2022 as the team's Goaltending Coach. A recent graduate of Syracuse, Allison played 4 seasons for the University's NCAA Women's Division I team - including a season while attending graduate school. In her time at SU Small appeared in over 50 games compiling over 1,300 career saves. She also earned the CHA Goaltending Trophy in her junior season and was named to the All-CHA Second Team in her senior season.
